Kathy Hatcher
Commercial Director
Kathy grew up in the industry and was introduced to cabinets at a very young age. She started at the bottom and worked her way up to becoming a cabinet designer/salesperson and the sales manager at Mid Island Cabinets. Kathy appreciates the hard work and passion that is required to make a beautiful and functional design work well for each individual and their needs.

Dave Fuller
Sales Associate / Parksville
Dave has been in the cabinet and millwork business since 1976 and has owned shops in Thunder Bay, ON. He began his design and sales career while working as a finishing carpenter. He has owned and operated his sawmill and created wood for his cabinetry company.
Dave has also owned a cabinet company in Victoria and has worked as an installer and general manager with two other cabinet businesses on the island. Outside his work in the industry, he has built, bought, and renovated more than 20 houses for resale.
For the past 15 years, Dave has worked with Mid Island Cabinets but has worked exclusively in design and sales for the past several years. With a wide-ranging history and breadth of experience, Dave is a complete and competent designer and salesperson.
Brent Jossul
Sales Associate / Parksville
Brent has been heading our commercial and special projects division since the summer of 2016 and has over 15 years of experience in the trade. He has strong ties to the island community as he grew up in Nanaimo and attended Dover Bay Secondary and VIU following his graduation. Brent honed his skills in custom millwork and cabinetry while building a strong custom woodwork division for a successful company on the lower mainland. He loves being back on the island and working with builders and private clients. Brent enjoys working with all of his clients and is driven to make their vision come to fruition.

Mary Burley
Sales Associate / Courtenay Comox & Parksville
Mary started her path in Interior Design in 2011 by obtaining a formal education at the Art Institute of Vancouver, which lead her to work on residential projects for high-end clients in the city. Mary then took her knowledge and vision to Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, spearheading both residential and commercial projects. With an exceptional eye for design and strong organizational skills, Mary creates functional, individualized spaces that fulfill client’s needs and the people who inhabit them.

Jacqui Williamson
Sales Associate / Parksville
Jacqui is a 30-year veteran of Architectural and Interior Design. Her technical knowledge and passion for design reflect in every project she touches. During her career in the design-build industry, renovations became her passion as she wanted to create designs that enhanced her customers’ lifestyles in their homes. When in Ontario, Jacqui worked for 20 years at award-winning companies. She then relocated to Vancouver Island and focused on cabinetry design. Welcoming your input, she listens intently to understand your vision with your budget in mind. Jacqui delivers aesthetic solutions with functional designs to bring your project together. With years of experience in project management and customer service, combined with her vibrant personality, Jacqui strives to give her customers a positive experience throughout the process, from design to installation.
